  2. First off I want to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
    I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your head
    prior to writing. I’ve had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my
    thoughts out. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to
    15 minutes are usually lost simply just trying to figure out
    how to begin. Any suggestions or tips? Cheers!

    1. Sure, meditation is quite helpful. Then defer to music, mainly classical or some music that sparks inspirational feelings inside. Like an old movie soundtrack that had a big impact on you. A good cup of tea is very nice. Then also, just beginning. Trusting the beginning and moving with it.
