  1. Sure, meditation is quite helpful. Then defer to music, mainly classical or some music that sparks inspirational feelings inside. Like an old movie soundtrack that had a big impact on you. A good cup of tea is very nice. Then also, just beginning. Trusting the beginning and moving with it.
